Please make sure to read the FAQ at the bottom of the page.  We are a Members Only Gym and do not offer drop-in classes, day rates or weekly passes.

Minimum 6 month commitment, then membership automatically converts to month to month.  Monthly fees MUST be automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card.  Please submit a cheque marked “VOID” or a credit card so an automated withdrawal account can be setup.  We DO NOT accept monthly payments on an “over the counter” or “pay as you go” basis.

  • NO CANCELLATION FEES!  Cancel your monthly automated membership (after the initial 6 month commitment period) with 2 weeks notice prior to your next payment.
  • There will be a $30 NSF for rejected payments.
  • Payments can be placed on hold/freeze for a maximum of 1 month per calendar year.
  • 5% GST is added to all prices.

FAQ

How often can I train?

  • All memberships include unlimited classes. We recommend 2-3 times per week but you can train as often as you like.

What type of equipment will I need?

  • Members must have their own gloves/wraps at the Beginner Level.  Shin guards, mouth piece and groin protector (men) is mandatory at Intermediate and Advance Levels.

Do you have drop in rates, punch cards or a “1 month and done” membership?

  • We only offer the Monthly Automated Payment Membership and 12 Month Prepaid Membership

What if I go on holiday or need to cancel my monthly membership?

  • You can put your membership payments on hold for up to 1 month per calendar year.
  • NO CANCELLATION FEES!  Cancel your monthly automated membership with 2 weeks notice prior to your next payment.  (After the initial 6 month commitment period)

Can I pay cash or credit/debit card every month instead of submitting a “void” cheque or credit card for automated billing?

  • We do not take payments on an “over the counter” basis for the Monthly Automated Payment Membership

I can only come once or twice per week because of work/school, is there a discount if I can’t train more often?

  • It’s one price for everyone and one price if you train once a week or six times per week.
