How often can I train?
- All memberships include unlimited classes. We recommend 2-3 times per week but you can train as often as you like.
What type of equipment will I need?
- Members must have their own gloves/wraps at the Beginner Level. Shin guards, mouth piece and groin protector (men) is mandatory at Intermediate and Advance Levels.
Do you have drop in rates or punch cards?
- We only offer the Monthly Subscription and Prepaid Memberships
What if I go on holiday or need to cancel my monthly membership?
- Monthly Subscripton and 6/12 Month Prepaid Memberships can be put on hold for 1 month per calendar year
- NO CANCELLATION FEES! After 2 payment cycles, you can cancel your Monthly Subscription with 2 weeks notice prior to your next payment.
Can I pay cash or credit/debit card every month instead of submitting a “void” cheque or credit card for automated billing?
- We do not take payments on an “over the counter” basis for the Monthly Subscription Membership
I can only come once or twice per week because of work/school, is there a discount if I can’t train more often?
- It’s one price for everyone and one price if you train once a week or six times per week.
