Here’s a beginner level workout you can do in your living room! No equipment & no partner necessary since we’re all practicing social distancing. MAKE SURE TO DO A 5-10 MINUTE WARMUP…jumping jacks, jump stars, burpees, running in place & skip rope (if possible) before you begin. I would do each exercise with minimal pause, then take 1 minute between sets. Feel free to modify as needed, add/decrease reps or time, add/decrease sets and modify movements to account for injuries. Have fun!!!
