That time of year when it’s mostly raining, sometimes snowing and always cold! This season makes me miss the times I’ve trained in Thailand. #Flashback to the best gym in Bangkok @attachaimuaythai where you’re training in 35-40 degree heat. It’s tough but as long as you’re hydrating properly, then it's a very manageable temperature for training! .

Reminder that, with the success of our Open Gym program, I’ve restarted all memberships. If you’re not yet ready for in person training, please let me know before March 1 if you want to opt out of March memberships. I will NOT be issuing refunds this time if you contact me after the deadline.If you haven’t tried out our Open Gym program, I encourage you to try it. Is it exactly how we trained before? No. But you can still get a great workout, still improve your technique all while doing it (safely) with your community. Besides, it’s the only way we’re allowed to train given the Covid restrictions. Direct your own workout or follow along our weekly heavy bag workouts and you’ll see improvements.
