UPDATE: It’s obvious that we won’t be back for classes on April 15 given the current circumstances but I’m keeping some optimism that authorities will relax isolation restrictions for May 1. There seems to be a flattening of the curve in BC so if that continues to trend then my optimistic self hopes we can get back to business in May.
For all that still have ACTIVE memberships (have NOT frozen or cancelled), I’ve already adjusted your April fees as explained in my prior update. Active members will see an adjusted total in May to make up for lost training time that you’ve paid for (as per my previous update).
If you requested to freeze your membership for April, then you will be charged your regular amount in May, IF we’re back to regular classes. Please remember that you froze your membership in April so there’s no need for me to adjust your May membership for lost training time.
I will release another update as we get closer to May. If my optimism is misguided and if restrictions are not relaxed for May then I will make adjustments for all memberships. I’ll make sure that everyone gets a fair deal, so please hang in there with your memberships!
