Here’s some plyometric exercises you can do to break up the boredom while on a jog or cycle. Find yourself a step, bench or even a curb and do some of these drills to build explosive speed, power & to raise heart rate. Pick 5-6 of these exercises (or all of them!) and do 10-15 seconds each then continue your run. Stop again later when you find another suitable step and do another set of plyometric exercises! Modify as needed and make sure to stretch afterwards. Enjoy!
