Padwork

There’s nothing better than padwork that has good flow! When we work together to practice a technique, learn the mechanics as we go along, yet have some good offensive/defensive flow…there’s nothing better! I love hitting pads, but I might love holding pads for someone who wants to learn while flowing through techniques even more!!
