We will email you our Covid mitigation plan that all members MUST follow. We are strict with our Covid procedures and we welcome new members who will respect and follow our safety plan. Provincial Health mandates that we check for proof of vaccination before you enter our gym.
Once you've agreed to follow our Covid mitigation plan, we will email you the link to book your classes. Our booking website allows you to reserve classes up to 2 weeks in advance and up to an hour before the start of class.
** All members new to our gym MUST start in our Beginners class. **
Please line up outside our front doors & respect physical distancing guidelines. We will open the doors 5 minutes before the start of class. Then you will be expected to follow our Covid safety plan throughout your training session.
