Muay Thai, Kickboxing & Boxing In a Safe, Inclusive, and Non-Judgmental Space!

Ready to try something new and empowering? Our beginner-friendly classes are designed to help you learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing in a fun, supportive environment—no experience required.
You’ll learn how to throw punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, along with basic defenses for each. Whether you’re totally new to martial arts or have a bit of experience under your belt, this class has something for everyone.
Here’s what to expect:
A solid warm-up with skipping and bodyweight exercises
Group skill practice led by one of our awesome coaches
Partner drills where you take turns applying your new moves on punch and kick pads
We provide all the gear—gloves, pads, and friendly coaching included. All you need to bring are:
✅ Comfortable workout clothes
✅ A towel to wipe off the sweat
✅ Water or a sports drink to stay hydrated
Come train in a space where you’ll feel supported, challenged, and welcomed from day one. No egos, no pressure—just good vibes and great training.

Waiver & Code of Conduct
Thank you for joining our 2SLGBTQ+ Free Class at Westside Kickboxing. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for everyone to train, grow, and connect. Please review and acknowledge the following waiver and code of conduct before participating.
Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
· I acknowledge that kickboxing and other physical activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruises, sprains, and other injuries.
· I affirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in strenuous physical activity.
· I agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in this class.
· I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Westside Kickboxing, its owners, coaches, staff, and volunteers from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to my participation.
· I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to the class.
Code of Conduct
Our space is built on respect, safety, and inclusivity. Everyone in this class is expected to uphold these values.
By participating, you agree to:
· Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect and kindness.
· Use inclusive and affirming language; avoid assumptions about anyone’s identity.
· Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or hate speech based on gender identity, sexual orientation, race, body type, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
· Respect personal space and boundaries. Consent is essential for all physical interaction outside of instructional context.
· Instructors and coaches will respect your personal space and boundaries and will ask you for consent if contact is necessary in an instructional context.
· Follow the instructions of the coach to maintain a safe training environment for everyone.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We take the safety and dignity of our participants seriously.
Any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct—including discrimination, harassment, or hate of any kind—will result in immediate removal from the class. No warnings. No exceptions.
This is a space of belonging. If you can’t contribute to that, you can’t participate.
